  • Provide technical leadership for AWS infrastructure and operations for local and global teams
  • Augment development teams and help with design & implementation of infrastructure assets using AWS services, OSS systems and various frameworks
  • Design development teams and help with design & implementation of infrastructure assets using AWS services, OSS systems and various frameworks
  • Architect and develop docker-based infrastructure to support cloud native applications and medical data storage systems hosted in AWS across the globe
  • Automating application deployment, packaging and other aspects of software lifecycle
  • Education: MSCS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience working on sysadmin level with Linux and/or Windows
  • 3+ years experience working in a cloud environment as software or operations engineer (AWS preferred)
  • 2+ years experience working with configuration management frameworks (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.)
  • Strong skills in one or more programming languages. Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, Go preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environment and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery techniques
  • Experience with container-based technologies, particularly Docker is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with modern technologies and ability to learn quickly
  • Contribute to the movement towards AWS based hosting and architecture, work on a platform that allows development teams to push their changes into fresh EC2 instances in mere minutes.
  • Experience implementing customized scripts (in Ruby, Python, bash) and software applications to automate environment maintenance, orchestration, and release engineering tasks.
