Desired Skills and Experience
- Instruct dev team and improve our microservices
- Work on inter-service communication
- Scale and maintain our 250+ node cluster
- Improve system metrics, monitoring and reporting
- Manage the code-base and release-cycles
- Recent 1.5+ years working experience with Java on production level
- Excellent knowledge in managing dedicated and virtual linux machines
- Experience in managing database-servers is a plus
- Experience with distributed queues and systems
- Excellent knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Excellent knowledge of build automation (Maven, Jenkins)
- Production-level experience in deploying java-based systems (Tomcat, Jars, Microservices)
- Experience with Docker / Chef / Puppet is a plus
