Desired Skills and Experience
- Work closely with the best engineers in a continuous deployment workflow
- Automate scaling, maintenance and configuration of our cloud infrastructure running on AWS / Google Cloud
- Create and maintain tools to enable flawless continuous integration and deployment
- Enable and push for monitoring on all levels - from applications metrics to worldwide performance monitoring
- You will be working on a multi-datacenter setup using the latest technologies including AWS / GCP, Kubernetes or similar, Ansible, Docker, ELK, Prometheus, Aerospike and Kafka just to name a few
- 2+ years of professional experience with Linux
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet
- Understanding of distributed systems including cluster managers, decentralised logging and message queues
- Experience managing alerting and monitoring systems
- Experience with scripting languages like Ruby, Python, BASH
- Experience with network engineering and strong knowledge of IPv4
- You like to work and communicate in a team.
- You are fluent in English
- German is a plus, but not a requirement
