Desired Skills and Experience
- Analyzing and implementing Business Request changes for Empower Configuration. The configuration items that will be affected: Fees, Documents, Data, Empower Access, roles/responsibilities, field changes, login/password management, and email notification changes.
- SQL scripting for all Empower configuration changes
- Communicating with the business when all configuration changes are implemented
- Will work with traditional SDLC and rapid development methodologies
- Defining use cases and process flows documentation
- 2 Years Mortgage Banking systems experience (Familiarity with the life of loan processes from origination through loan delivery)
- Familiarity with .NET development techniques and practices
- LPS Empower .NET experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Regression/UAT testing remediation preferred
- Strong working knowledge and experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle with an emphasis on requirements gathering, specification documentation, and communication
- Experience in complex data varying analytical and technical specifications
- Strong RDBMS skills with the ability to write complex SQL statements involving multiple joins and sub-selects
- Strong ability with multi-tasking, and excellent time management skills
