Desired Skills and Experience
- Contribute to improving simulation environments
- Maintain the build and regression testing system (Jenkins based)
- Maintain the manufacturing setup tools, software upgrade tools, etc
- Contribute to the codebase that communicates our robots to our cloud environment
- B.Sc. or graduate degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of software development experience (C/C++, Python preferred)
- Driven individual, passionate, self-starter
- Experience with Linux tools, software delivery, developer tools
- Have built, designed or brought robots to life before
- Know what Robot Operating System (ROS) is
- Experience with software testing/continuous integration, agile
- Experience with Debian or Ubuntu linux
- Experience with AWS, apt packaging
- Extreme dislike for doing thing that are manual, tedious or inefficient
- Enjoy leading or working in a small team with big dreams
