- Identify and resolve cross-platform integration issues
- Support application deployments to multiple hosted environments on our cloud-based SaaS encryption platform
- Develop and maintain automation infrastructure to quickly and reliably deploy applications
- Use monitoring tools to find and resolve problems
- Define, develop, and maintain automation/system support documentation
- Contribute to solution architecture, design, implementation and integration
- Document all changes, conversions, upgrades, expansions, and deployments
- Maintain awareness of latest industry trends in cloud computing
- Test and evaluate new technologies
- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, with development and systems administration experience
- Experience working on and supporting highly available 24x7 SaaS application and production systems
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members, senior support personnel, high level personnel, and customers
- An efficient problem solver who enjoys taking ownership, showing initiative and seeing problems through to resolution
- Solid experience working as a DevOps Specialist in a similar role with a heavy focus on security
- Virtualization (VMware) Experience - 3+ years
- Operating Systems (CentOS 6/7, RHEL 6/7, and Windows server platforms)
- Deployment automation tools (For example: Puppet, Ansible) experience - 3+ years
- Continuous integration tools experience (Jenkins)
- Scripting experience (BASH, Perl, Python)
- Application server administration (Tomcat, JBoss) experience
- Relational database administration (Oracle, MySQL) experience
- Cloud based deployment (AWS) experience
