Desired Skills and Experience
- Collaboration throughout the whole development process in the SAP HCM environment
- Support of the modules Time Management and Payroll in SAP HCM during operation, including further development and customizing
- Development of new business functionalities for SAP HCM
- Participation in the implementation of legal requirements
- Ideally studies in the field of (economic) computer science, or a comparable education
- 3-4 years of experience in the SAP HCM modules Time Management and Payroll
- Practical experience in customizing and/or development (especially Time Management/Payroll schemas and rules)
- Knowledge in ABAP development advantage but not condition
- English and German skills (at least one has to be fluent)
- Ideally professional and project experience in the area of HCM
- High degree of self-initiative and communication skills as well as social competence
