Desired Skills and Experience
- Guide the development of hardware aspects of Telensa’s new products and systems
- Create, improve, and maintain hardware system requirements and architecture specifications for Telensa devices
- Project manage hardware developments through to delivery to manufacture, normally through outsourced development
- Provides technical leadership and ability to challenge during the implementation
- Typically, a 2.1 degree in an electronics related subject (or equivalent experience)
- Project leadership experience including collaboration with suppliers
- Typically, 15 years’ relevant experience, ideally including smaller companies
- Exposure at system level to electronic, radio (including radio systems), embedded software and mechanical aspects
- Track record of generating innovative ideas and seeing them through to completion
- Ability to specify hardware products to a level suitable for sub-contracting
- Hardware system verification experience
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly to react to changing demands
