- Develops a good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable solutions and blueprint products (re-usable assets)
- Maintains regular day-to-day contact with key internal stakeholders to manage their expectations
- Works to ensure clear communication with internal and external contacts through the most appropriate method
- Inspires others to deliver their tasks to schedule and inside budgeted time
- Raises delivery time scale concerns as soon as possible to limit damage to the project and allocated time budget
- Tracks the marketplace to highlight any currently unseen commercial opportunities, escalating where appropriate
- Encourages and inspires excellence in development and design teams
- Motivates colleagues to work together in the most efficient manner including Project Management and Client Services

- Maintains a good understanding of technologies, web development technologies and best practices and creative trends
- Maintains a thorough understanding of LEWIS’ production capabilities
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging trends and technologies and their potential within client projects
- Runs and supports training sessions, with a view to maximising opportunities to expand team skills and grow revenues
- Takes a proactive role in promoting the LEWIS brand, its work, identity and values
- Supports the HR / talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme
- Contributes and supports the continuous improvement of LEWIS systems, practices and policies
- Regularly attends LEWIS training sessions and daily press briefings to enhance skills and develop knowledge
- Be a positive voice for the agency, seeking to solve problems in proactive, collaborative and non-confrontational way
- Minimum 2:1 degree in a technical discipline
- 3 years C# / ASP.Net Development experience (MVC)
- 2 Years Sitecore CMS Development Experience and/or 2 Years Sitefinity CMS Development Experience is preferred but not essential
- Currently working on Sitecore Version 7+
- Microsoft SQL 2008+
- 2 years digital agency experience
- Fully competent across Microsoft Visual Studio
- Development methodologies both Agile and Waterfall
- A sound level of sys admin knowledge and server management including hosting architectures
- An understanding of ‘front end’ - HTML, CSS, jQuery
- A quick learner and forward thinking

- Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Fluent English Speaker
- A well-rounded understanding of modern web technologies
- Experience of delivering technically sophisticated / complex creative solutions – demonstrable ability to talk the talk with clients, suppliers and business stakeholders
