- Build tools to help developers own their applications
- Create processes to continually improve performance and reliability
- Assist developers with scalability, availability, and incident response
- Demonstrated Windows/Linux systems engineering experience in a complex environment
- Advanced knowledge of IIS, MSSQL, load balancing, and caching
- Visual Studio and TFS experience
- Strong use of PowerShell, Ruby, or Bash scripting languages to automate infrastructure
- Experience with Chef or similar configuration management tool to manage infrastructure as code
- Experience using continuous delivery pipelines and creating unit tests for infrastructure code
- Understanding of software development methodologies and practices, including agile development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
