Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years in a systems administration and/or DevOps role supporting a software development team
- Proven experience with Amazon Web Services administration and configuration
- Demonstrated skill writing and managing Chef deployment scripts
- Knowledgeable in Linux system administration and shell scripting
- Basic understanding of git and source control standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with others in a professional manner
- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented
- Support pre-production environments for Engineering
- Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software deployments
- Manage databases in pre-production environment
- Manage pre-production cloud infrastructure
