- Developer tooling. Help engineers develop without stepping on each other’s toes, and release frequently and with confidence
- System and database administration. Join forces with our sys admin to take responsibility of our hardware and tools
- Automation. Spot and fix opportunities for automating manual/repetitive tasks
- Extensive cloud infrastructure experience (ideally AWS)
- Configuration Management with Salt (Puppet, Chef, or Ansible is okay)
- Scripting with Bash and Python
- Git and Jenkins
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Linux experience
- Leadership experience
- Software engineering background (ideally Python or Java)
- Build and release background
- Experience in applications performance monitoring
