Desired Skills and Experience
- Work with our developers all around the world to determine what tools and services would help them be more efficient and productive
- Work to understand the needs of our developers in order to serve them better
- Contribute to the technical roadmap of the team
- Design and promote best practices for creating, operating, and maintaining reliable services
- Automate everything: configuration, deployments, metrics and monitoring, alerting and incident response, root cause analysis
- BS in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3 years of industry experience in software development
- Fluent in at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Experience in compiled/OOP languages a plus
- Strong software development skills (version control, code review, testing, release, monitoring, debugging)
