  • Responsible for the QA and Operations portions of our DevOps process
  • Push our processes forward (better today than yesterday, better tomorrow than today)
  • Redefine our QA, Release and Support processes
  • Execute the QA and Support processes
  • Ensure the quality of every piece of software, application and web site
  • Write and follow use cases and test specifications to approve new functionality
  • Detect any product failures and defects, reproduce them, understand them and describe them in order to have them fixed by the developers
  • Support our Operation teams during the 1st use of any new or improved feature
  • Document the tools and problems encountered

  • IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • BAC in computer science or other related field
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent sense of detail and analysis
  • Experience with Unit Testing
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Experience with software development processes
  • Curious and passionate about new technologies
  • Bilingual French - English
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position after probation
  • Salary depending on experience
