- Plans, implements, and maintains Navarik’s back-office environments and network services.
- Takes ownership of Navarik’s IT infrastructure and services by creating a technology, business policy, and procedural architecture to ensure productivity and business continuity.
- Maintains catalogs of Navarik’s hardware and software assets and plans inventory for growth.
- Coordinates and prioritizes IT project tasks and issues.
- Manages Navarik’s IT vendor relationships.
- Participate in the on-call, after-hours support schedule
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years experience managing back office and network services in a setting with 20 or more employees.
- 3+ years of open source software deployment and administration experience.
- 3+ years of experience administering UNIX/Linux environments.
- 2+ years experience supporting Windows environments.
- 3+ years working knowledge supporting Intel/AMD and networking hardware.
- 2+ years with a UNIX-based scripting language.
- 1+ years managing back-office telephony.
