Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or management or a related degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a project manager for software implementation.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience implementing Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrated success leading business (software) projects and initiatives.
  • Analytical capabilities, possessing a high standard of accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task on several projects at once.
  • Ability to effectively work in partnership with company peers, leaders and customers and a collaborative approach to relationship building.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to deliver on promised date.
  • Operates well under pressure and tight time limits.
  • Understand the dynamics of a service driven organization.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to travel between the different European offices.
