Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or management or a related degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a project manager for software implementation.
- At least 5 years hands-on experience implementing Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrated success leading business (software) projects and initiatives.
- Analytical capabilities, possessing a high standard of accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task on several projects at once.
- Ability to effectively work in partnership with company peers, leaders and customers and a collaborative approach to relationship building.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to deliver on promised date.
- Operates well under pressure and tight time limits.
- Understand the dynamics of a service driven organization.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to travel between the different European offices.
