Desired Skills and Experience
- Responsible for the support and maintain automation tools (ie: Ansible)
- Responsible for the support and maintain a self-service tool for use by Engineering, Product, Documentation and Support teams for automated deployment and configuration of systems in a pre-production environment
- Responsible for the support and maintain infrastructure configuration and tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of automations (scripts) allowing for provisioning of systems through AWS in single and multi-node configuration
- Responsible for the support, configuration and management of infrastructure-level services for the Optanix Platform to support scalability and monitoring
- Responsible for execution and documentation of performance testing and optimal configuration for deployment models
- Responsible for the documentation of all components of the DevOps infrastructure.
- Responsible for the support and maintenance of the GIT Software Repository (BitBucket)
- Responsible for the administration of the Amazon Web Services
- Lead team of DevOps engineers and software engineers in the deployment of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery systems for use by Software and support teams
- Lead engineering teams in the debugging and troubleshooting of container and container orchestration systems
- Maintains career knowledge through study of current tools, techniques and equipment
- Participate in special projects and perform related duties as assigned by engineering management.
