Desired Skills and Experience

  • Support both incoming technical support calls and provide onsite support at customer premises.
  • Install all components of our software in the public or private cloud environment and on client devices, and debug software issues.
  • Monitor installed software using a set of dedicated system validation tools.
  • Conduct regression tests of the system using machines.
  • Collaborate with all teams and people to ensure the smoothness of the software development process
  • Very good knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, XenServer Open Stack, Docker)
  • Knowledge of computer network issues
  • Experience in creating shell scripts
  • Experience in technical customer service
  • Readiness to spend several weeks abroad
  • Education in computer science, telecommunications, electronics or related fields
  • Good command of English, Polish language as a plus
