  • A disciplined approach to writing unit and integration tests. For our Unit tests we use Jest and Enzyme, and Capybara for our browser tests.
  • Experience with build and compile tools like Webpack and Babel
  • Experience with Ruby
  • You’re on bleeding edge, and swear by Babel/es6/es2017
  • You don’t hesitate using analytical tools, to collect data, and make decisions
