Desired Skills and Experience

Own the backend reliability and scaling operations.
Design, roll-out, operate, and improve our SaaS production server offerings.
Meticulously plan upgrades for scaling, capacity, API performance in a complex multi tenant environment.
Own deployment automation, performance monitoring, maintenance of availability, usage, and latency.
Set up processes for incident response, fast response to issues and strive for SLA adherence.
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Experience with large complex systems that involve cloud based real time communication systems
Proficiency in one or more - C, C++, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, WebRTC, VoIP
AWS administration experience
Strong proficiency with Linux system administration
Familiarity with SDKs, P2P communication or CRM.

Ansible, Puppet, Docker
MySQL, Redis, Memcache, or similar
