Desired Skills and Experience

  • You will support different departments in their everyday work with Salesforce
  • You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
  • You will act as a contact person for all of our Salesforce users and external stakeholders
  • You will manage the overall system configuration and implementation
  • You will develop reporting tools based on existing Salesforce data together with the BI team
  • You will be responsible for quality assurance of Salesforce related processes
  • You will conduct trainings for new features to diverse audiences
  • You will be in charge of Salesforce related process development and optimization for the company and by that you will contribute to the success of Thermondo
  • several years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Sales-Cloud and/or Service-Cloud Certification
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce portfolio, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Enthusiastic personality, excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Analytical, proactive and solution-driven attitude
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
