Desired Skills and Experience

Design and develop scalable solutions for maintaining the agency user system.
Implement solutions within the established UI/US development standards across the organization and work closely with business users to translate requirements into design.
Must be able to provide application developmental skills (and if possible, records management policy expertise) to support the O&M and modernization of the agency user system component of the application.
Research, analyze, design and develop updates the agency user system.
Engineer software solutions with advanced database and web development tools to solve management, regulatory and user functional requirements.
Provide O/M of the production system as the 3rd tier production support.
4 years experience with web application development
2+ years experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (Ember preferred)

2+ years experience with Angular (can be a substitute if no Ember experience)

2+ years experience with Angular (can be a substitute if no Ember experience)
2+ years experience developing RESTful Web services (Spring framework preferred)
2+ years experience developing following an Agile SDLC, using tools such as JIRA, BitBucket, etc.
1+ years experience with Alfresco RM
Experience with front–end user interface development, including translating requirements into code and implementing mockups
Experience with HTML and CSS, including cross–browser compatibility, responsive Web design, Bootstrap, CSS preprocessors, such as Sass or LESS, and frameworks or libraries
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks, including Mocha, Chai, or Jest
Excellent communication skills
US Citizenship is required

1+ years experience with Elasticsearch
1+ years experience with PostgreSQL
1+ years experience with Documentum
Experience with browser-based development and debugging tools
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance
