  •   Establish a vision for how the team operates in the greater ecosystem.
  •  Set goals for the team that ladder up to the goals of SDA, Digital Development, DTD and the business as a whole.
  • Execute against the goals and tactics, showing steady and measureable progress.
  • Manage the FTE staff through regularly-scheduled 1:1’s, SYNC conversations, and team meetings.
  • Manage the NTW staff by ensuring high utilization, applying their specific skills strategically, and alignment to your overall vision.
  •  Actively recruit new talent, in partnership with internal and external recruiting team
  • Take an active part in the personal and professional growth of your staff.
  • Actively engage in defining the overall strategy and vision for the SDA team.
  • Coach and mentor the other members of the SDA leadership team.
  • Seek out opportunities for growing the SDA team, both within Digital Development, and DTD as a whole.
  • Actively champion new ideas across Digital Development.
  • Engage with your peers both internal and external to Digital Development to exchange ideas, tactics, patterns and strategies (relationship web).
  • Engage in operational issues and product launches to get firsthand knowledge of how your work is being received, and how it can evolve.
  • Actively partner with customers to understand their success metrics.
  • Collaborate with customers on their roadmaps, and build a mutual understanding of to help them attain their goals.
  • Refine your team’s tasks and roadmaps to align with the needs of customers.
  • Solicit regular feedback on how the team is performing.
  • Understand the maturity of all the development teams, and their goals for transformation
  • Identify the technology stack being leveraged in each of the teams, and any desire for evolution.
  • Build a relationship where they clearly understand the benefits of this team.
  • Showcase the team’s skills and road maps with the Directors across Digital Development
  • Identify the goals of each of the directors, and understand their obstacles and roadblocks.
