Desired Skills and Experience

  • Be a hands-on working manager responsible for managing the activities of a team of technical personnel responsible for complex application installations, hosting, and support, including performance evaluations, goal setting and other general management tasks.
  • Serve as the liaison between Corporate Services, Lending Solutions Implementation, and customers to manage infrastructure and installation projects to ensure successful installation, configuration, and ongoing operation of SaaS deliveries.
  • Coordinate with other Corporate resources to monitor the performance of the SaaS environments.
  • Be the point of coordination with multiple resources (corporate, external, internal) to ensure Lending Solutions full compliance with all audit requirements (internal, SOC), licensing, corporate standards, etc.
  • Continually analyze business needs and recommend improvements.
  • Be responsible for implementing and maturing the configuration management/installation process, as well as to develop and manage processes, procedures, technical designs, and system documentation.
  • Support operation of event management, system upgrades, & incident management, provide architectural guidance as it relates to Citrix products and SaaS delivery,
  • Develop, as needed, documentation for Citrix products including infrastructure, server build and acceptance documents.
  • Assist in technical sales, service, and support activities.
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of networking technologies & or administration in any of the following roles such as: Network and or Systems Engineer / Administrator.
  • Must have experience with MS SQL.
  • Must have experience with MS Windows Server.
  • Must have experience with Citrix/F5.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years in people and or team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field is preferred.
  • Relevant Certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL, MCSE/MCITP) are preferred.
  • Analyzes and recommends resource requirements for installations, including assignment of installation team members. 
  • Serves as a leader and resource for the installation team members.   Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.
  • Maintains effective communication with customer throughout entire project.
  • Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary.
  • Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent conversions.  Maintains customer issue list and ensures all are forwarded to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Provides ongoing application, network and security support including servers, firewalls, routers, active directories, etc.
  • Conveys customer feedback to development staff. 
  • Performs manager duties such as writing performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching employees, and serves as an escalation point for difficult issues, questions, etc.
