  • Manage IT Network Infrastructure projects and initiatives from start to finish including identifying requirements, success criteria, and impact to the business.
  • Collect user and product feedback to drive key IT platform decisions.
  • Distill projects into tasks/milestones and leverage resources within the team and across the organization to achieve project goals.
  • Administer and manage vendor relationships (ISPs, hardware vendors, contractors, etc.) to ensure prompt resolution of service requests and implementations.
  • Field support escalations of various complexity from our technology teams (including software/hardware etc.)
  • Assist with the provisioning and deployment of new hardware and software solutions. Contribute to documentation and development of IT assets and policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and audit networking infrastructure including routers, access points, VPNs etc.
  • Build solutions for maintaining, deploying, and scaling our infrastructure and improving our internal processes.
  • Collaborate with security resources to identify potential threats, weak points, or intrusions.
  • You value providing excellent customer service and act as an advocate for our users.
  • You are a tenacious troubleshooter and negotiator. You have the ability to remove roadblocks and move the team forward.
  • You can be an active mentor and take charge training and educating teammates and users on new or unfamiliar technologies.

  • You are a seasoned SaaS supporter and are experienced working in the cloud. We employ many SaaS Solutions (Google Apps, Slack, Quip, Yammer).
  • You consider yourself a network wizard and are fluent in the arcane language of TCP/IP.
  • You are security-minded and make it a priority for every project, process, and task you tackle.
  • You are adamant about automation. Manual repetitive processes are your enemy.
  • You are comfortable with the command line. You spend most of your time in a terminal window and wouldn’t have it any other way.
  • You are a conscientious architect. You build things in a repeatable, sustainable, and scalable fashion.
