Desired Skills and Experience

  • Troubleshoot all software and hardware problems that come up for the 3 offices.
  • Provide training and assistance in videoconferencing and screen-sharing tools
  • Provide telephone and security (badge access) support.
  • Provide both regular and unscheduled deskside support at the Executive office
  • Generate training materials for applications and workflows
  • Provide orientation to new employees for their equipment, accounts, and apps
  • Research and troubleshoot to resolve previously unknown problems
  • Follow-up communication
  • Documentation of processes and projects
  • Take the lead role for Salesforce desk-side support (training will be provided)
  • Testing, repairing, inventorying, and moving computers. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Enter all work performed into the ticket tracking system
  • Experience providing support in a busy, networked, environment
  • Ability to keep things organized
  • Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting computers/peripherals/monitors/adapters
  • Experience using and customizing:
