Desired Skills and Experience
- Serve as Sr. Technical Resource for all Windows and Messaging operational activities and projects;
- Independently lead the complete lifecycle for system engineering;
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for your supported systems, including leveraging technical tools to analyse issues;
- Represent your technical area and IT on cross-functional enhancements and projects, including the coordination and resolution of appropriate issues;
- Perform technical/code reviews;
- Act as a mentor to the Associate and staff Technical Contributors within the IT group;
- Windows Server knowledge – You would class yourself as an expert in this field, and can demonstrate your extensive capabilities in this area;
- Automation skills – with good working knowledge of Powershell or other automation tools;
- Technical knowledge - Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Skype for Business;
- Networking – Network knowledge of TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, what they mean and their practical uses;
- Experience providing direction for multiple projects;
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
- Ability to produce high quality technical documentation;
- Ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks;
- Team oriented with a demonstrable understanding of customer service and support;
- Drive, passion and a commitment to service excellence;
- Determination and ability to learn modern technologies;
- Microsoft Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE or MCITP advantageous;
- Experience of the IT Security industry;
