Desired Skills and Experience

  • Provide level 1 & 2 helpdesk support
  • Manage tickets, job priorities and process incoming calls
  • Workbench repairs of desktops, servers and laptops
  • Rollout of replacement desktops and laptops
  • Working with senior engineers in implementation, repair and updating of servers
  • Minimum 2 Years experience supporting Windows 7/10 PCs
  • Experience supporting Networked PCs running windows based software applications
  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot computer hardware issues
  • Installing and troubleshooting Windows OS
  • Tertiary or professional IT qualifications 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to swiftly create clear and concise documentation
