Desired Skills and Experience

  • You serve as the product manager for our advertising technology product (Sell-side Ad Tech), driving innovation and delivering meaningful features iteratively
  • You implement and maintain our cutting-edge advertising solutions with some of the largest e-commerce retailers in the world
  • You develop and execute product roadmap, features, and strategies leveraging the latest technologies and tactics of performance programmatic advertising, keeping up-to-date on competitor ad offerings and the overall digital advertising landscape
  • You gather requirements, define the user experience, write user stories, and work closely with product design and engineering teams
  • You will oversee building ad marketplace mechanisms and fine-tune algorithms for one of the fastest growing ad products used by e-commerce retailers
  • You manage feature prioritization and trade-offs, balancing quick wins and platform investments, assessing and managing risks related to conflicts, timeline, features delivery, competitiveness, supporting live systems and customers
  • You own the launch readiness for releases and updates by designing and optimizing the user experience, increasing user satisfaction, and business results
  • You conduct experimentations and A/B testing to solve complex challenges, develop best practices, and build models for analyzing results of experiments
  • You develop features to reach new customers through creative ideas and strategies based on analysis, customer feedback, data, BI, testing, and ROI
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in product management with relevant experience developing advertising technologies (AdTech) products
  • You have expert knowledge of performance advertising operations and technologies (ad optimization features, ad placements, ad tags, targeting, relevance, auction dynamics, waterfalls and demand ranking, allocation of ads, and ad serving)
  • You have experience with programmatic display and native ads, OpenRTB integrations, retargeting, ad serving, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, SDK, yield management, campaigns analytics, and ad operations
  • You have outstanding technical advertising skills (integrations of server-side APIs and JS Ad Tags, Integrations of SSPs and DSPs, audience targeting and modeling, etc).
