  • Hands on custom server and workstation hardware maintenance
  • 2 years’ experience in an IT Support role
  • Certifications in CCNA or MCSA preferable
  • Experience with Windows and Linux based operating systems
  • Periodic on-call availability
  • Ability to swiftly learn new software and technology, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated experience providing low to medium-level IT support
