- Contribute to the research, development, and execution of the technology strategic plan that supports the goals of the organization. This is for both internal and external hardware platform/software applications.
- Develop and cultivate positive relationships with leadership and other team members to promote a collaborative approach to utilizing technology to help achieve business goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering, integration and managed service teams daily for delivery of technology solutions to owner/end users.
- Collaborates with external clients and internal teammates to determine best possible building systems integration solutions
- Responsible for reviewing various client’s building systems including Fire, Security, HVAC, Metering, and Lighting (etc.) to evaluate performance, identify infrastructure capabilities, and make recommendations aligned with solution offerings
- Implements solutions to optimize building performance and increase operational and energy efficiency to meet clients business/project goals and objectives
- Lead the technical development of standard documentation for design documentation, client deliverables, and work flow details. Train all employees on documentation utilized to deliver client solutions.
- Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other integration related documents
- Participate as needed in sales pursuits, client demonstrations, and business meetings to define client solutions and needs.
- Contribute to estimating, equipment selection, scoping development, and discussions for utilized materials and labor tasks in client solutions.
- Be an active participant in industry related professional associations (i.e. Haystack).
- Present a positive professional image of the organization at all times.

- Experience in Building Integration and system control technologies
- Proficient with computers, web related technologies, and building systems; with specific knowledge of:
Data Warehousing and analytics Integration hardware and software Possesses knowledge of client/server and web-based systems architectures, and interoperability with various hardware technology devices. Metering infrastructures, energy management solutions Software Application programming & protocols (HTML, Flash, JavaScript, SQL, BACNet, MODBUS, or other languages/protocols) Building automation system drawings, technical wiring diagrams, and computer and building automation system networking concepts and standards Experience with Software-as-a-service (SaaS) vendor selection, migration, and management.

- Proven ability to demonstrate executive presence and work closely with other senior executives to identify and prioritize how information technology will be used to support the organization’s business plan

- Bachelor’s in Engineering, CE or CS degree and an MBA (or industry experience)
- Tridium Niagara AX or 4 Certification
- HVAC systems, Building Automation, and Energy Services experiences are preferred
- Integration of disparate building control and portfolio level systems experiences are preferred
