- Design reliable processes for installing / rebuilding existing servers, virtual infrastructure, network, configuring services, directories and enterprise storage.
- Ensure Data Center service continuity and performance.
- Verify the integrity and availability of all hardware and services.
- Physical and virtual server set up, according to Technical Architect guidelines
- Exchange and SharePoint services Maintenance
- New network infrastructure implementation both in Company branch offices and Data Center sites;
- Troubleshooting Networking and Telephoning problems;
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same role at medium or large companies.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good team working skills.
- Proven flexibility and problem solving skills.
- International business travel availability.
- Knowledge of managing modern, scalable & multisite environment: Systems management, virtualization, storage, and networking
- Microsoft IIS environment management, troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint enterprise environment management, development and troubleshooting knowledge
- MS Windows Server 2008, 2012
- Cisco CCNA certification;
- Experience in VMware virtualization suite (5+).
- Experience in converged solutions.
- Experience in HP Storage (3Par).
- Experience in a Blade solutions / HP technologies.
- Microsoft Certification (MCSA / MCSE, server, server infrastructure).
- Proven Experience in Microsoft Exchange in High availability and DR environment
- Good knowledge of Worldwide replicated File systems
