- Design and implementation of a reactive cloud architecture
- Improvement of our continuous deployment chain
- Troubleshooting incidents by being informed upfront with monitoring, logs and metrics
- Having an eye on IT standards and security
- Taking part on on-call rotation (with the team) for production systems
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience/qualification
- 3+ years experience as System Engineer and Software Engineer (DevOps culture)
- Strong Linux skills
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Orchestration and cluster management experience like Kubernetes
- Experience with configuration management
- Infrastructure-as-a-code mentality
- Structured, analytic and self-contained method of operations
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Aspiration to constantly improve yourself and learn new technologies, concepts, etc.
- Must be able to work for any US employer
