  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working with Atlassian Service Desk, Zendesk, JIRA or other issue management solutions
  • 3+ years of Systems Administration / DevOps
  • Programming languages such as Java or Python
  • Demonstrate DevOps methodologies (CI / CD)

Scripting Languages (Bash, Python, Ruby)

  • Scripting Languages (Bash, Python, Ruby)
  • Configuration Management (Puppet, Chef, & Ansible)
  • Experience building automated functional tests
  • Experience in a 24 x 7 SaaS production environment preferred
  • In-depth experience with AWS
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience Performance tuning applications
  • Experience or interest in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning
