IT Systems Analyst at SA Ignite (Chicago, IL)

Desired Skills and Experience

• Administer and support the health of our business, software development and production computing environments and networks
• Help rationalize and standardize our computing environments and tools
• Evaluate new tools and technologies that could help our efficiency, security, scalability, etc.
• Manage our technology assets/inventory
• Ensure that we adhere to established IT policies and procedures
• Manage or execute (or both) infrastructure or technology improvement projects
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT at a commercial software development company
• Experience with Microsoft business tools, including: Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Skype, OneDrive, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux servers, including Hyper-V
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, BitBucket and Bamboo
• A demonstrated ability to learn and become proficient on new technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An ability to work autonomously and sweat the details
