Desired Skills and Experience

• Support Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) and DevOps transformation initiatives under the guidance of the development manager
• Contribute in developing best practices for infrastructure as a code, build, and continuous integration tools
• Works closely with the development and infrastructure teams in developing, building, packaging, and deployment processes for existing and new projects
• Setup/Configuration/Administration of binary repositories
• Keep current with latest software and technologies
• Function as a unique, but critical team member on the Software Development team
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of the QA Process
• Background in Software Development
• Expert understanding of the Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practice
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Strong Experience in Team Foundation Server, VSTS, and working in multi-branched environments
• Experience creating packages in MS Deploy & Release Management
• Strong Experience writing PowerShell scripts
• Knowledge of Windows system administration
• Hands-on working experience with source code management tools: TFS and GIT
• Familiarity with build and script tools such as PowerShell, Puppet, Maven, Make, ANT, Rake, Ivy, Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.
