Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CICD), DevOps, SysAdmin or System Administration, Python, and Java
- Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to occasionally travel with overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Project leadership experience
- Certification as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified DevOps Engineer
- Application lifecycle/release
- Agile Development Processes
- Cloud Formation
- Route 53
- Git/BitBucket
- Bamboo
- Jira
- VPC
- VPN
- Linux administration and bash scripting
- Ability to query databases with general understanding of database administration
- Familiarity with implementing security into an application solution
