Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ownership and management of allocated incidents, ensuring these incidents and requests are satisfied within the SLA targets;
  • Ability to understand and work with existing systems and code base that have been developed or extended for in-house purposes;
  • Monitor and identify service delivery bottlenecks and problem areas, and provide recommendations and solutions to improve service response, availability and reliability;
  • Provide technical mentoring and skills transfer to team members and assist with in-house technology training when required;
  • Preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation for use by an end user, other Metamako IT staff and external parties (i.e. customers, vendors, service providers, etc.) as required;
  • When required, assist with and contribute to front-line face-to-face support activities;
  • Work and collaborate with Metamako’s engineering team to optimise development and deployment workflow.
