  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Experience with designing and developing solutions on SharePoint 2013 and/or SharePoint Online (including SharePoint Designer 2013)
  • Experience with RESTful API calls (SharePoint’s JSOM preferred) and using CAML to query SharePoint list data
  • Experience with software development lifecycles (waterfall and agile)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze a business process or existing solution and recommend improvements and new designs
  • An eye for user interface and user experience design
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical specifications
  • Ability to work alone, with a WTA team, or as part of a customer’s team
