Desired Skills and Experience
- Configuring, executing, monitoring and reporting all automatic processes
- Creating scripts and small applications
- Providing first line of support for production, root causing problems, solving problem with help from AD PU engineering team
- Monitoring and analyzing performance of databases, workflows and CPP
- Management of VMs
- Good communication skills in English – you should be able to read and understand technical documentation as well as communicate with process engineer, software developers as well as production teams from other locations on a daily basis
- Understanding idea of relational databases MS SQL, Postgres, Oracle
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Technical knowledge of computer science
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Enjoy working in diverse and challenging working environment
- Any programming language (C#, java, Python, other) is on plus
