Desired Skills and Experience
- Improving and maintaining our homepage navvis.com from both the code as well as the user experience perspective
- Contributing to further development of the open source software tools we use (CRM, HR, etc.)
- Integrating the different software tools we work with, e.g. by making use of their REST APIs
- Taking an active role in improving existing processes in both our internal and customer-facing tools and websites
- A background / studies in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics (or similar)
- Very good HTML5/CSS skills
- Ideally already gained some experience with API integration
- Most importantly, the willingness to quickly learn and bring yourself up to speed with new things
- Available for around 3-6 months, at least 15-20 hours a week
- Eager about joining a serious tech startup in a very exiting phase where you can learn and improve every day
- Excited about working in a great team with lots of people that will guide and teach you when needed but who are also open to your own personal ideas and initiatives
- Previous experience with one of the following: Bootstrap, Jekyll, JavaScript, PHP, SQL
- Worked with XML, JSON, YAML, etc.
