Desired Skills and Experience
- Must have 6 years of experience in website and mobile application design/development.
- Must have experience with the following: CSS3, HTML5, jQuery and JavaScript.
- Must have experience with web & mobile design and single page applications.
- Online portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills, creativity, data visualization, and a mix of low fidelity and high-fidelity UX design deliverables.
- Experience in creating wireframes, visual comps, and rapid design prototypes.
- Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience presenting design ideas to peers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree; business, software engineering, or computer science degree preferred.
- Experience with React and Angular preferred.
- Understanding or knowledge of the Payments industry.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 and web UI fundamentals with capability of creating clean/intuitive presentation layer for web applications and its authoring tools.
- Excellent experience designing SaaS applications for both desktop and mobile environments
- Ability to present and sell design ideas to peers and stakeholders clearly and convincingly.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- May assist less experienced peers.
- Translates wants/needs of project goals in a functional user centric UI.
- Conducts usability assessments on existing and future features, and design creative solutions for known usability breakdowns.
- Creates assets for marketing product presentation.
- Builds new and unique application interactions based off of existing design frameworks.
- Creates assets for interactive application prototypes.
- Designs consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices.
- Creates and implement style guides and standards for all future prototypes.
- Create prototype rich interactions with multiple states and roles.
- Collaborates with team and stakeholders to create and design features for new products from the ground up.
- Completes wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
