Desired Skills and Experience

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in C#.Net Programming.
Must be able to participate in an on-call rotational schedule.
Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
Able to perform and evaluate SQL and database performance issues and find a resolution.
Able to lead complex projects.
Develops programming code for new and/or existing software bug fixes, enhancements, tools and utilities.
Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
Implements newly created code and fixes into existing software.
Keeps internal and external customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes.
Assist internal groups in determining requirements for tools and utilities to improve process flow and support/implementation functions.
Creates required programming documentation including: release notes; testing instructions; and functional requirements of tools/utilities.
May complete project work effort estimates. Interacts with internal and external customers to gather system requirements.
Serves as project lead on complex projects.
Mentors, trains, develops and provides support to less experienced co-workers.
