Desired Skills and Experience
- Design, develop, test, and document an orchestration and deployment framework for managing of multi-tenant public cloud-based application services
- Develop/incorporate application monitoring tools for Operations
- Senior member of team running day-to-day operations, field issues management, and configuration optimization
- Responsible for service delivery in the Production environment
- Application service performance analysis, and generating data for traffic forecasting
- Monitor application services and ensure alignment with SLA requirement
- Manage support tickets internally and externally, driving the coordination for RCA determination
- Support customer presentations and discussions as part of the Engineering team, and incorporate customer feedback into release management process
- Strong background in Continuous Deployment of services in AWS Cloud
- 2-5 years of SOA design, services development, & services deployment experience
- Recent experience working in a Service Operations team
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services; AWS SysOps or DevOps Associate certification is a plus
- Experience working with data analytics tools
- RESTful server and client implementations
- Experience with Git source code control
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of open-source libraries/packages
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and consuming container-based application services.
- Experience with test driven development and participating in CI/CD pipelines
- Arlington, VA
- Up to 25% travel will be required in this position, domestically or internationally as deemed necessary to the growth and expansion of the Company.
