  • Your experience:
  • 3+ years in a technical support role, responsible for multiple locations
  • 2+ years of desktop engineering experience in either a Windows or OS X environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a prioritized backlog of projects
  • Proficient understanding of Group Policy
  • Your communication and working preferences:
  • Passionate about customer service and helping others
  • Great at communicating complex technical details to non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience learning new technologies
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment
