- Your experience:
- 3+ years in a technical support role, responsible for multiple locations
- 2+ years of desktop engineering experience in either a Windows or OS X environment
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing a prioritized backlog of projects
- Proficient understanding of Group Policy
- Your communication and working preferences:
- Passionate about customer service and helping others
- Great at communicating complex technical details to non-technical audiences
- Proven experience learning new technologies
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment
