• Identify and collect data necessary to document and address acute performance incidents and assist with root cause analysis
• Identify and collect data necessary to project long term trends and requirements for future growth
• Identify and collect data necessary to determine key performance bottlenecks within the company’s operational business systems (ERP, eCommerce, WMS, mobile)
• Assess impact of business drivers on system performance
• Ongoing monitoring of above data points
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; attention to detail
• Intermediate MS Excel skillset
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics AX and Power BI a plus 
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, related field and/or equivalent technical experience
• Two to four years T-SQL development experience and familiarity with optimization techniques
