- Collaborate with Architecture and Infrastructure team to design and implement optimal solutions for the Company.
- Collaborate with Managed Service Provider day to day work on all projects related to Middleware.
- Collaborate with application developers and troubleshoot issues at the middleware layer
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies to streamline current system processes
- Review existing IDM solution and provide Architectural design for improvement.
- Responsible for installing, configuring, performance tuning, debugging issues and providing day to day operational support for most of following Middleware Technologies: Oracle WebLogic, WebCenter, IBM WebSphere, TomEE, JBoss, IIS, .NET etc.; IDM solutions; Platforms: Primarily Linux and Windows
- Assisting in scripting manual application code deployments
- Conducting performance tuning to maintain system stability
- Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution
- Help drive efficiency by identifying self-service automation opportunities and promote DevOps
- Influences Senior Leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
- Bachelor’s/Undergraduate Degree
- 7+ years of professional experience supporting/maintaining middleware operating systems
- 7+ years of professional experience with Application Servers (WebLogic, Jboss)
- 10+ years of professional experience with UNIX/LINUX
- Professional experience with Red hat APAWS (Apache Webserver)
- Demonstrated experience deploying and supporting J2EE applications
- Experience with performance tuning of JVM, EJB’s & Data sources and Root Cause Analysis
- Willingness and ability to provide off hour support / Change support
- Technical documentation experience
- Experience with software builds, scripts, and configuration
- Systems administration experience
