- Application operation and support of the End2End application suite
- Planning and implementing changes to the underlying infrastructure
- Takeover of deployments / optimization of CI-based deployment processes
- Optimization of monitoring / alerting also at application level
- Interface between the development teams and the (data) operations area / service management
- Training and control of near- or offshore employees
- Completed studies or training with an IT background or comparable knowledge acquired in practice
- Good knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) system administration
- Good knowledge of cloud (AWS) platforms and processes
- Very good knowledge of the web technology environment such as Apache or PHP
- Knowledge in the field of database systems such as ElasticSearch or MySQL
- Knowledge in the area of Configuration / Change Management Tools, preferably Puppet, Bamboo, Terraform or Cloudformation
- Knowledge in the area of network and monitoring management (e.g. NewRelic, Nagios, Icinga, Graphite, Kibana, Logstash, Elasticsearch)
- Good command of spoken and written English, German is a big plus
