  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years relevant business support and/or general information technology support experience.
  • Working knowledge of systems administration and/or systems programming skills.
  • Working knowledge of Websphere, Unix, Windows Server, Desktop OS internals or Mainframe domains.
  • Load Balancing (F5 experience preferred) / Application Routing.
  • Content Delivery Network experience
  • Web application firewall experience
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
  • Strong teaming and collaboration skills.
  • Linux system administration experience
  • Knowledge of Local and Wide Area network concepts
  • Full understanding of the HTTP/TLS protocols
  • Ability to implement triage as well as long term solutions to large scale problems or environmental issues
