- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years relevant business support and/or general information technology support experience.
- Working knowledge of systems administration and/or systems programming skills.
- Working knowledge of Websphere, Unix, Windows Server, Desktop OS internals or Mainframe domains.
- Load Balancing (F5 experience preferred) / Application Routing.
- Content Delivery Network experience
- Web application firewall experience
- Desire to learn new technologies.
- Strong teaming and collaboration skills.
- Linux system administration experience
- Knowledge of Local and Wide Area network concepts
- Full understanding of the HTTP/TLS protocols
- Ability to implement triage as well as long term solutions to large scale problems or environmental issues
