  • Giving a quality B2B field support and remote service
  • Training local Service Engineers in Product and Quality and thus enhance service level
  • Sharing a success story of resolving a filed issue and satisfactory on Customer’s claim
  • Travel to customers’ locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG’s equipment to ensure top product performance
  • Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, reporting to Regional HQ, making decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts
  • Conducts technical diagnosis and performs specialized finding resolutions on a variety of electronics and software
  • BS degree in information technology or electronic/computer or AV engineering
  • A General Knowledge of Digital TV systems, hardware systems, e.g. operation of PC Servers, Network, Video codec (eg. MPEG4), IP Streaming etc.
  • Travel within territory of up to 30%
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • The following requirements are favorable:
  • Experience developing integration with APIs from various signage platform such as webOS/ Pro:Centric Smart platform
  • Experience of requirements and system architecture.
  • Experience with testing, test methodologies or test equipment and trouble shooting
  • Technical experience with Digital Signage/TV/Audio/Visual systems
